We offer a variety of courses that are tailored to meet whatever your medical training needs are. Our courses range from Stop the Bleed Texas Edition to tactical medicine "shoot-and-treat" courses.

  • STB Texas Version

A great intro and beginning to the basics of emergency and traumatic care. This class is 4 hours long and will give you the knowledge and practice to tell the Grim Reaper, “Not Today”! Learn how to treat the top THREE leading causes of preventable death while building better confidence and skills to act quickly and decisively to protect you and your loved ones.

  • Low Light Medical

Our low light course is built for those who often find themselves working or traveling in the dark. Medicine gets much harder than you think when you can’t see well, and our goal is to make sure you are just as confident in the darkness as you are in the light. This course is PERFECT for first responders, security, and law enforcement. We STRONGLY recommend taking our Stop The Bleed course prior to this one.

  • Family and Outdoors Readiness, Care, and Emergencies

Yes, it is quite the mouthful, so we call it the F.O.R.C.E. course. In this course we cover every emergency situation you can run into while in the great world of mother nature with your family and friends. These situations tend to be more remote, and help can be hours or days away. The level and type of care needed ranges from the type of injury that occurs. If you hike, camp, fish, hunt, or anything in between, this course is perfect for you.

  • Pediatric Emergencies

Everything changes when it comes to kids, especially when they're your own. The math, time frames, techniques, the gear, and the emotions are all completely different! And that’s scary. This class not only covers the ins and outs of taking care of a small child, but also the emotional aspect that comes with it. Trusting your training could never be more important than when dealing with a little one.

  • Motor Vehicle Emergencies

In the state of Texas, an accident is reported once every 57 seconds and there has not been a deathless day since November 7th, 2000. The likelihood of you witnessing or driving up on a wreck is higher than you may think, and we want to ensure that you have the knowledge and training to react. In this class we teach about when to move or not move injured persons from cars, warning signs from the environment, and what to assess for and treat medically.

  • Back Country

This course dives deep into farm and wilderness injuries and available gear. What can you carry on your person, your tractor, your truck, or even your side-by-sides and horses. How do you treat certain injuries in rural areas knowing that EMS can be hours away? It is definitely not a situation you want to be in without the knowledge and ability to prevent serious things from happening.

  • First On The Scene (FOTS)

First on the Scene (FOTS), developed by NAEMT and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), provides instructors with a toolkit to teach the general public basic emergency response to life-threatening emergencies until EMS arrives on the scene. Through lesson presentations and hands-on skill stations, participants will learn how to access help in the event of a life-threatening emergency and what to do until EMS arrives.

  • HSI Approved and Certified Training

We are now HSI approved and will shortly begin teaching a large number of courses from them. These include but are not limited to CPR/AED for All Ages, Wilderness First Aid, Use and Administration of Epinephrine Auto Injectors and Oxygen, Emergency Medical Response (EMR), and Basic Life Support.
